How To Get Vine Plants To Climb Your Vinyl Fence
As you know a vinyl fence has a very sleek surface. This is ideal for making maintenance and cleaning easy, but can make decorating the vinyl fence with vine plants a bit tricky… but not impossible! There are a couple of different ways to accomplish this depending on the type of vinyl fence.
Vinyl Picket Fence
If you have a vinyl picket fence plant the vine plants in the ground close to the fence line or in a large flowerpot and 
place next to the vinyl picket fence. Using clear zip ties, help the vine plant get started by securing the limbs of the vine around the rungs of the fence. This requires a mature vine plant. With the help of the zip ties, the vine plant will be on its way and your vinyl picket fence will be covered in plant life.
Vinyl Privacy Fence
If you have a vinyl privacy fence, you will need a bit more help than zip ties can provide. We recommend using a vinyl lattice. A lattice will allow your vine plant to cover your vinyl privacy fence. You can choose to cover small sections or the entire vinyl privacy fence. You can be really creative with this in the design of your vinyl lattice.
